Perfect For Pizza Turning
This little peel is the perfect size and shape for turning your pizzas in the oven. At first we used a larger peel to launch our pizzas, but its size made it hard to maneuver inside the oven. The narrowness of this turner allows for easier, more agile handling of pizzas during the cooking process. The quality of the materials is great, too.
