We used our mag striker to start all our fires this summer in our new pit. It was easy to use, and if you know what you’re doing it works great. Will be using it again this coming season.

This is such a brilliant tool!! It allows you to easily start a fire, regardless of the elements! The cord for the necklace doubles as tinder when it's absent, AND it has a built-in bottle opener! The price-point is great, especially when it's a multipurpose tool. This is a must-have for hikers and campers, or even in an emergency kit.

I haven’t had a chance to use this striker. But the idea of it is awesome. This would be a great item for camping! Or to keep by a fire pit area. It’s small and easily would fit in a small backpack or bag.

This mag striker is easy to use and works well! It creates a good amount of sparks when struck and made it super easy to start our campfire. It's easy to travel with, and it is a good value!
Handy, every part of this item great to have for an emergency just in case you get stranded somewhere and need a fire or just in need of a bottle opener. This thing can do so much I like it a lot.

This flint and steel is very good. I usually go camping and need something to start fires but it’s very easy with this. It’s very convenient and very easy to pack into our supplies. Small and super handy. It throws big sparks so whatever we are lighting lights very fast. I like using it to light campfires or even light the grill. Very useful tool for our outings

I recently got to try this "SOL MAG Striker with Tinder Cord" for FREE in exchange for my honest opinion, thanks to Influenster! I think this product is a pretty good value for your money. It is definitely something I keep in my emergency bag, car , or while camping! It has so many benefits, one of my favorite being that it is pocket sized, with a tinder cord lanyard. Which doubles as tinder if you need it to start a fire. The striker comes in handy in case your lighter quits or your matches get wet!

The SOL mag striker works great. The first couple of strikes takes off the coating that is on the roof then it works like a champ. It comes with a large tinder rod as well.

What I love about this striker is how easy it is to use, and the multi functions it has. Loving where I do, you never know when you may need to use something like this to get a small fire started for warmth. It’s very easy to use and very safe to have in your home. I keep it placed high up, but even if I didn’t I would feel safe with the kids around it. I love the size, and how durable it feels in my hands. I would absolutely recommend this striker from this brand!

Great for camping or an emergency situation! Works great for camping and would be a life saver in an emergency situation if you had no other means of starting a fire. The rod has both flint and magnesium embedded into a comfortable handle to give me a firm grip on my rod.

This is a new favorite for outdoors campfires and when the power goes out. It's light weight and durable. It's very easy to use and sparks a flame nicely. I love that there's no fuel involved too.

This Sol Mag Strriker and Tinder Cord is super cool. My husband loves it. Very active, loves the outdoors, and this is an awesome product to have in case of emergency. Highly recommend!

Received from Influenster in exchange for my review. This is an excellent lighter to take with you will doing outdoor activities, the lanyard keeps it from getting lost and out of the reach of children. Great product at great price
This Hopefully will only need it for camping. I like that it’s lightweight and bright orange, so I could easily find it. Although I don’t know when I’ll get to use it, I love that I’ll have it on hand just in case I need it. I think everyone should have survival gear just in case anyway.
