Purchased 2 for a desert canoe trip; kept me cool in the daytime and warm at night. Washes well (every third wearing as it doesn't absorb odor); air dries quickly. Less breathable in humid weather (so minus 1/2 star). Mine get heavy rotation (2-3 x/week), so I just bought a third as wear is starting to show, 2 years on. Love the slim, flexible fit, and how it can be dressed up under a jacket or open sweater.

I am a huge SmartWool fan for everything from winter sports base layers, neck wraps, and hats to casual hoodies and sweaters. I hadn’t yet purchased a short-sleeved 150 base layer top because I already owned two other merino short-sleeved tops made by other companies — but they just didn’t fit or perform as well as SmartWool, so I finally bought this top. Love the fit, quality, and color — just far superior to other brands and worth the money.

Perfect as a layering piece in cooler weather or alone in warmer weather. Travels well. Washes easily, drys quickly - great for travel. I use it for hiking, climbing and backpacking.

I wear these for travel in the fun colors and I also wear these to work in basic colors with dress pants and a necklace ( doctors office). Never stink and I never overheat

Smartwool baselayers are a staple item in my wardrobe- they are expensive, but so worth the cost. The color of this pink was great- it's my go to!

I was looking forward to trying a shirt from Smartwool. Unfortunately, the fabric was too scratchy. I have found other lightweight shirts with similar moisture-wicking properties that feel much better and cost less. Sadly returning.

Bought this a few weeks ago to have a light layer under clothes. Not bulky, fits great. I like that it’s a bit longer so doesn’t come untucked when active.

Wool is my new obsession. Today's wool is not like our grandpa's; it is itch free, light, warm, breathable and Washable!!! Smartwool makes a great product and I own several pieces.

I bought this shirt about a month ago because I needed something versatile – some thing that I could wear while running, hiking, or just as a general base layer to stay a bit warmer. This shirt delivers! Well worth the value.

I brought this a month ago as a lighter layer for summer. I was hesitant alil due to it containing wool. But when on it feels smooth against my skin and did not irritate at all. I love this shirt and how comfortable it feels.

I bought this shirt for a backpacking trip I went on. It wasn’t itchy at all. I wore it for three days straight and it never smelled once! It’s on the longer side which I really liked because I have a longer torso. Highly recommend!

This shirt is my three season go-to! Washes beautifully and keeps it’s shape; soft and comfortable, Smart Wool quality...and shipped quickly.

I decided to do a little experiment for a YouTube video. I've been getting more and more into minimalism and have been searching for the right t-shirt for that lifestyle. I've never loved cotton. They fall apart too fast. They look bad. They smell. They never seem to fit me right. I had heard so much about Merino wool and I decided it was time I gave it a shot. So I bought this shirt and have been wearing it every single day since I got it as part of an experiment. It does not smell. It does not feel soiled. It looks the same as when I got it. It fits me great (Size S, 5'7" 120lbs). It's flattering. It feels nice, not super itchy like I've seen in other reviews. At times I will notice it being a tiny bit scratchy, but I wear a lot of sports bras and idk if that helps. I rarely notice any scratchiness in my daily routine. It's important to give it some time to air out, and I make sure to hang it up every night. But this shirt has been through countless rounds of golf, a few hikes, some basketball, long walks on hot days with my dog. It's taken everything like an absolute champ and feels no different from the first time I put it on. Truly, the anti-odor, moisture wicking, and stain resistance of Smartwool's Merino is outstanding. I'm just so tremendously impressed with this shirt. I decided to get a few more so that I can rotate between a few, but this is forever going to be my go to from here on out.

I've worn this shirt primarily for mountain biking. It has a flattering relaxed fit on me, wicks my sweat nicely, good stretch in fabric for movement, and doesn't stink even after multiple wears without washing. The light marlin blue color is gorgeous as well. I'm 5'5" with 35" chest, 28.5" waist, and 37.25" hips and went with medium.

Great color and construction. Fabric wasn’t too thin or see through. Very athletic cut. I returned it. Size up if you’d like a more casual fit.
