[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the my favorite socks. Seriously. I buy the cable crew and the basketweave and wear them until I have holes in the toes. I work in construction and am on my feet all day, 7 days a week. Every 3 years or so I buy a half dozen pairs of these socks and wear them everyday. They are healthy, breathable, and cute. I wrote the same review for the basketweave, both are the perfect sock.

bought these last season and the elastic is already falling down and the heels are wearing out. Think they've change the way they are made because I've worn for years and they always lasted longer. Very disappointing

I ONLY WANT TO WEAR MY SMARTWOOL CREW SOCKS. THEY ARE PERFECT. NOT TOO TIGHT . I AM ALWAYS COLD AND MY FEET IN SMARTWOOL ARE ALWAYS CONTENT. WITH MOST SOCKS, THEY ARE ONLY OBVIOUS WHEN YOU ARE PUTTING THEM ON. IN MY SMARTWOOL, I AM AWARE OF THEM MANY TIMES A DAY. A COZY WARM FUZZY THING THAT WRAPS AROUND EACH FOOT. PURE CONTENTMENT. I love the cable woman’s socks BUT the colors are too weird. Moonbeam-which looked like cream are laced with pink and green-total thumbs down. Same with the navy a shade too brilliant. Guess I’ll stick to black, sigh.

Huge fan of Smartwool socks, but unfortunately these didn't win me over. The fabric felt a bit stiff, lacking the soft, broken-in feel I've come to expect from Smartwool knitwear. Not a bad product by any means; since they aren't too thick, they should be good for warmer days as well.

I wear these socks all winter and around the house in the summer. They are infinitely comfy and always the right temp. I hate having hot feet and these socks never make my feet hot — just comfy.

i love these socks. they have the attractive 'middle school S' design that never fails to amuse me, i can wear them several days in a row and they don't smell like feet, and they don't dig into my legs like most other socks do. i would recommend these socks to my friends, family, and even my enemies. everyone deserves this level of comfort.

I replaced several pairs of SmartWool socks. I loved them but I had worn them for over 10 years and they had becoming thread bare. The new ones are great. Well worth the money.

I wear these Smartwool sox with both shoes & boots. The Merino wool disburses heat build-up to keep my feet drier, warmer & more comfortable than ever - year round. Since I switched to Smart Wool Sox, I have been able to comfortably walk longer & further than before. And, that's saying something for a 'senior citizen' athletic man who needs to exercise daily to stay fit! I'm with Smartwool all the way!

Not sure why these are labeled as women's specifically. I think the cable-knit looks classy and great for work attire. But these are my go-to. I'll be slowly adding more over time.
