Performance And Comfort But Not Durable

Extremely comfortable sock. Feels like a dream. Great ski performance while providing cushion for heel and toes. However, one day wore a hole into the top of the sock in the thinner part of the sock. I have plenty of smartwool socks that I've used for big days and never had this happen before. Would probably make a good resort sock, but doesn't work for backcountry skiing where you're walking in your ski boots.

Super Comfy, Will Continue To Buy

I wear these with hiking or firefighting work boots. The merino wool offers some protection from fire, which is what I want. They are very comfy to wear. That really stands out.

Finally, Socks That Fit Right

I love the fit, there are no folds or wrinkles once I'm in my ski boots. I have smaller feet, and the normal wide size ranges of other brands ALWAYS lead to socks that are too long from toe to heel. I'm super sensitive to feeling seams or irregularities in the sock and it drives me bonkers. These socks have none of that, and they stay up for a full ski day without needing adjustment. If I have to be nitpicky, slightly thicker in the cushion zones would be nice for colder days.

I Would Buy These Socks Again!

Never been skiing so I asked around and these were recommended. Great fit and so far durable. I was a little hesitant on spending money on socks because I go through socks every few months, but so far I have no thin spots. Totally worth it!

My Only Trusted Sock For Snow Spirrs

I use these socks primarily for snowshoeing and other snow. Activities. I wouldn't even consider another sock. Love all my SmartWool gear.

I usually purchase and wear Alpaca socks year-round, all types, mostly 1/4 ankle socks. However, these are great SKI socks and thinner than the Alpaca ski socks I recently purchased and tried and just as warm and comfortable, in face I prefer these ski socks over my Alpaca ski socks.

As a ski patrol at Grand Targhee with size 15 feet my son in law loves these socks. They fit. They are comfortable and he can't help but be a cheerleader for your socks

I Bought This For My Husband And He Love Them

I bought these socks for my husband, and he absolutely loves them. They are warm, comfortable, and have great cushioning without feeling bulky. He says they fit well, stay in place, and keep his feet comfortable all day. Definitely worth the purchase!

I use these when I ski patrol so they are on my feet for 10-12 hours per day. There is just enough compression for support without discomfort.
