For some reason a disproportionately high percentage of my sweat glands appear to have been placed under my feet, which means that smelly feet can be a problem. However, the antimicrobial properties of these wonderful merino socks is a terrific remedy. In the last four days I have done three hikes/runs for several hours in sweet-inducing heat, but even though I have done nothing but air out the socks between the runs, they don't really smell. The socks are also very comfortable. They are flush against my skin without feeling tight and are terrific for running!
