Disappointed: Hole In The Sock

I am disappointed; after one wear & wash there is a hole just below the toe line - now what ?

Another Great Pair

I now have at least a dozen pairs of these socks. Perfect fit and extremely comfortable with the cushioni n all the right places. The hold up to the abuse I put them through because of the quality.

Great Sock For Humidity

The socks were purchased of our trip to Iguaza Falls and they were great. I heal part of the sock is high enough so I did no get any blisters . A bonus is I could wear them another day so we saved in luggage fees

Best Low Ankle Socks Available

I absolutely love these socks. All my crew socks are Smartwool and I finally decided to try some Smartwool ankle socks and I’m so glad I did. All my other ankle socks have now been donated. I won’t wear anything else besides Smartwool from now

These socks are like walking in air. Super soft and cushy.

Durable & Comfortable

Very comfortable even just walking around the house due to the padding. The elastic band never seems to wear down and the fabric lasts years (it will get stiffer but is still comfortable).

Best Wool Socks

These socks are great at keeping your feet dry and comfortable on those all day hikes !

So Comfortable!

So comfortable! I recognize that they are called hike but I wear them inside my “On” brand walking shoes for all day activities, errands, whatever the day brings, and my feet are very happy. I love the moisture wicking properties in warm/hot weather.

Now These Socks Are Well

Now these socks are well made, the perfect thickness and fit. Exactly what I expect from Smartwool.

Comfort

Sock is exactly what I wanted in bottom heal padding without worry of sliding riding off the heal into shoe… Higher on the ankle than what I’m accustomed too so if you’re looking for something more underneath the ankle then this isn’t the best solution.

Fantastic running or everyday walker!!! A must have!!!

More Cushion

I know that these are ‘hiking’ socks, but I like the thicker cushioning when using them in my everyday shoes. Also, my shoe size is a 9, which is a size L sock. There’s too much extra material so I size down a buy a size M.

Not The Right Socks For Me

Seem like we'll made socks the additional padding made them feel like they were bunching under my toes which is just something I've found padded socks tend to feel for me. Will try a pair of the 'no cushion' socks next.
