Feels As Good As A Van Staal

I have a Van Staal VR51, that is thier smaller but still $500+ reel. I bought this reel as I alot of inshore fishing off a paddle board and honestly this reel feels just about as good as the VR51 which is almost $300 more than this. Extremely impress

So Nice I Bought It Twice

I fish 3-7 times a week for largemouth bass and northern pike.I have the C14+ and I have the Vanford, but I have 2 of these. It's by far my favorite. Smooth and light with more than enough power and an excellent drag. Only negative is that the bail wire bangs against my knuckles from time to time which doesn't happen with the other 2 styles, however I have some pretty meaty knuckles.

Lightweight, Smooth Reel

I was debating between this and a ci4. I went with the FL due to it being newer and it has features found in much more expensive reels. However, it is heavier, but is still almost too light for my M St. Croix. I have not had a new spinning in many years and think this one will last me for many more. This is a no brainer compared to the FK which isn’t much cheaper.
