The Absolute Best Beach Chair

It’s the perfect height and oh so light to carry! Smooth adjustments and extremely comfortable.

Love This Chair

We absolutely love this chair. We purchased one to see how we like it compared to our Sunflow chairs. We could possibly get a few more summers or of our existing chairs but they are cumbersome to use and are not comfortable. The Shibumi chair is very high quality and easy to carry and set up. The best part is they are so very comfortable to sit in and so easy to get in and out.We're watching for sales and plan to replace all of our chairs with the Shibumi chairs.

Comfortable And Well-designed Beach Chair

This chairs sits a bit higher than my longtime favorite brand and it’s slightly wider. As a 6’ 2” 275 lb man in his mid-fifties, these minor tweaks make a big difference. The mesh seats allow a gentle ocean breeze to cool on a hot day and the slide-on accessory XL cup holder is pure genius.

Tall Chair

I love this chair. I’ve owned a lot of beach chairs over the years and this is the best one. We live at the beach and this lightweight chair makes my days even better. We also use them when we attend our grandchildren’s soccer and softball games. The only thing I would change is I would have liked the pink.

Been eyeing out these chairs for so long and looked at other cheaper options. So glad I waited as now we live near the beach, so felt I could justify the price. They are incredibly comfortable, surprisingly lightweight for the size and clearly durable. The included cell phone pocket is very handy as is the cup holder. Loving my first few times with them at the beach! The only addition I would wish for is that it could lay completely flat. Also future accessories like a detachable face shade for the days you don’t want to setup your shibumi shade and a neoprene bag to attach to the back of the chair for bigger items or maybe a small cooler. And some towel hooks. I know these can all be purchased elsewhere but I love having all my items from the same brand. A happy returning customer!

Best Beach Chair..ever!!

We bought one of these beach chairs for my husband and it was so comfortable that we went ahead and bought one for me. These chairs are super comfortable with not metal bars to dig into your thighs, butt, or back. The material is easy to clean off. This is the first beach chair that does not cause my lower back to hurt, at all. Love these chairs and highly recommend them to others.

Great Chair L

Used it 4 days in a row and it was prefect. Fits great when walking to and from the beach. Looking forward to sitting in it for a long time.

Beverage Holder

Chair is comfortable but needs a better beverage holder included, not cost extra at the price point of the chairs..

Light. Easy to carry. Flattens down to virtually flat. Great for concerts and looking up at the night sky!

Perfect Beach Chair

Hey Shibumi fans...I don’t usually leave reviews...so yeah I’m that guy but I gotta tell you folks this chair rocks! I’m a real beach bum, so when I hit the beach I don’t need anything but a chair and my sea bag with limited personal items, because I quite frankly don’t want to be burdened with stuff that most people pack to take to the beach. I grab my things on the fly, and they need to always be ready to move. I found myself having to replace the perfect beach chair after almost 20 yrs usage...I limped my chair along for a year before finding the Shibumi chair. I wanted no frills, I wanted sturdy, light weight, and comfort. This chair met those standards and has a couple of simple options like the cell, and cup holder...it’s perfect!
