These cups are great for travel. We keep them in the pockets of our ski pockets so we don't have to use disposable cups in the lodge. The rims however do crack after many years of use and likely a few falls on the slopes ....

I saw a YouTube on using the Sea to Summit collapsing cup as a pot lid and I am happy to report it works great. Have the SnowPeak pot and nesting cup. The collapsing cup is a little big but is a great usable pot lid.

Very happy with the mug. Insulates enough that it doesn’t burn my hands. Lightweight and collapsible, taking up very little space in my pack. And it’s dishwasher safe, for ease of cleaning at home.

This is my second time buying this cup as my first one had an unfortunate knife encounter. I carry this cup in my purse so I am always ready for a drink--hot, cold, alcoholic, and not! It's slim, collapsible design, lightweight, and silicone make is perfect to fit in any bag and for any type of beverage. Everyone is always so impressed when I bring my own cup, I wish everyone could!

Sturdy camp cup, great for coffee or other mixed beverage. I use it for coffee, hot chocolate, electrolyte mixes and to hold aside water for freeze dried meals.

My old STS X-mug was separating at the rim. I asked STS if they could fix it and they sent me a new one instead! Great customer service. The new model is slightly smaller but sturdier and I love it for backpacking. It fits inside my pot under the fuel canister perfectly.

Comes with me on every overnight camping trip! Lightweight, packable, doesn’t scold hands when boiling water added, measuring cup is invaluable, and most importantly the vessel for my coffee! Love this cup!

Purchased the X Mug for my Camper Van as storage is extremely small and it packs Perfectly! My sister and her fiance usually visit and needed extra drink ware for the upcoming fall season and spiked hot cider or cocoa! Easy use and cleaning makes it indispensable for spending time enjoying the outdoors, Van or Backpacking camping. I topped mine with a silicone lid to help keep my drinks cold/hot but mostly the critters! Highly Recommend

Very nice to combo with plate/bowl. Measurements are easy to read & nice touch for trail mesls became a need having moved to Smartwater bottles & away from Nalgene.

I had several of the X-cup. My fingers were not happy with me when I made coffee, cocoa or Ramen. It was just so hot to hold the cup securely. I heard of this new mug with the ridges. I was so pleased and my fingers still thank me whenever I use the mug as I cannot feel the painful heat any longer when I have very hot drinks. It resided in my haversack now along with a ti stove and small cook pot. It fits very well as it folds flat and weighs next to nothing. I highly recommend this new Mug with ridges.

Excellent choice for ultralight thru hiking. Unfortunately my favorite mug developed a small hole and Sea to Summit replaced it promptly! What great customer service for an awesome product!

As far as camp mugs go, this is gonna save you about as much space as you can. I was able to enjoy some hot chocolate by the fire after a long day of backpacking! The mug holds heat well and the top rim stays cool to keep the hands from burning up!
