They Have Their Niche.
As an expedition style kayak camper i found these incredibly usefull for soft collapsible items like clothes, pillows, and blankets because you can get much more air out giving a longer survical rate without musty mildew odors creeping in your gear because of trapped air. They conform really tight taking up less space in my kakay vs the traditional heavy duty bags. I found these to be a win in my quest for space, weight, and functionality.

Great Waterproof Bags!
I bought these for my husband, as he was envious of the ones I had. Have used them to pack for rafting trips in Alaska and they keep everything organized and dry. Love the fact that these bags are not bulky and their nylon fabric makes stuffing them into larger river bags a breeze.

Lightweight Dry Sacks
These bags are not for me. My nephew is graduating from Special Forces Training in June. I am going to his graduation in June, in North Carolina. I asked him if there was anything I could get him and he mentioned these bags. I decided to get him several different sizes. I am sure they will be put to good use, in his career as a team player in the United States Army, Special Forces.
