Boat Tote

These are very handy to tote stuff from house to boat. I like the way they roll up, exposing a convenient handle for easy carrying. They seem very durable. I can’t speak tof it’s water proof abilities yet, thank goodness.

They Have Their Niche.

As an expedition style kayak camper i found these incredibly usefull for soft collapsible items like clothes, pillows, and blankets because you can get much more air out giving a longer survical rate without musty mildew odors creeping in your gear because of trapped air. They conform really tight taking up less space in my kakay vs the traditional heavy duty bags. I found these to be a win in my quest for space, weight, and functionality.

Lightweight Dry Sacks

These bags are not for me. My nephew is graduating from Special Forces Training in June. I am going to his graduation in June, in North Carolina. I asked him if there was anything I could get him and he mentioned these bags. I decided to get him several different sizes. I am sure they will be put to good use, in his career as a team player in the United States Army, Special Forces.

I've had dry bags from Sea to Summit in the past and was impressed by the quality, but these new bags just feel cheap. Also, one of the buckles was already broken when I received it. Guess we'll see how they hold up over time...

Everything You'd Expect From Sea To Summit!

The fabric is just the right strength and thickness for the job. The clasp is crisp. The color is vibrant. I haven't really put mine to the test in all the elements yet, but I know from experience with years of dry sacks that this will do admirably when properly used and secured.

Love Love Their Products But

Love love their products but super sad the first time I used the sack the buckle broke. I can still use it but it opens up after adjusting things in my pack which is annoying.

No Smushed Tomatoes On My Party Dress

Excited to use these on my next adventure as I saw first hand how this bag shielded fresh party clothes from a bag of smushed tomatoes on a recent bike packing adventure with friends. Much lighter weight than my other ones, so I guess it’s time to book a trip!

Two Bags With The Same Issue

Both times I’ve used one, they last about two days before the bolt falls out of the plastic fasteners.

The Big River Dry Bags

The Big River Dry Bags are perfect for my canoe and kayak trips. SUP's too. They are tough, water tight, durable and the tie down grommets make for a dry secure load. I bought several sizes and like them so much, bought more to give as gifts. Everyone loves them. I also bought several different size Lightweight Dry Sacks, and am just as happy with them. I do a lot of 2- 7 day overnight backpacking trips in Maine, New Hampshire & Vermont. The bags are used constantly.
