Issue With Tent
Hello Sea to Summit Team, I’m reaching out regarding a tent I purchased from you a few months ago. I recently used it for the first time, and unfortunately experienced an issue right away. The mesh where it connects to the zipper has become detached after just a single use. We were very careful with setup and use, so this was both unexpected and disappointing—especially given the quality I’ve come to expect from your brand. Love My Footprint
Aside from making it significantly easier to keep my tent dry, it also helps me sleep well at night knowing that my tent floor is protected. Especially in the rocky, muddy terrain of the Florida Everglades where I find myself camping most. Definitely recommend for anyone who finds themselves in similar places
