Confusing Sizing
I ordered these in a 39, expecting them to be sized similarly to my Birkenstock sandals. They were not. The 39 was a 7.5 and I typically wear an 8.5. I had to return them and order from another retailer because my size was not available here. Upon receiving the correct size, I highly recommend this boot. I had no trouble with breaking them in unlike some boots with stiff uppers that bruise my ankles. The traction is far better than the Merrells which I was wearing previously.
