The best running shoe I’ve used for training, covering speed workouts, tempo runs, threshold efforts, and long runs. I relied on the Saucony Ride for easy/treadmill runs and the Endorphin Pro for race day. I retired my last pair of Endorphin Speed 3 after 450 miles but still use them for walks. While the Speed 4 is out, I’ll gladly stock up on the 3s if I find them. These Saucony shoes played a key role in my marathon training and race, helping me improve my PR from 5:07 to 3:47. Shoes alone won’t get you a PR, but they do give you confidence.
