I decided to buy a new ski jacket this year and purchased the Untracked jacket. It's a perfect coat for cold winters. The fit is nicely tailored and like all Salomon products it is very well made. If you are looking for a warm ski coat that will keep you warm in the coldest conditions this is the one to purchase.

Disappointed In Quality
Got this jacket as a replacement for my QST shell that developed a hole on the hip from wear after just 3 months of use. Salomon honored their warranty and gave me a voucher to use on another product. I decided to try the untracked jacket as a replacement. After wearing on just 4 light hikes, I have noticed a tear in the arm. Very disappointed this tore so easily as I don't even remember catching it on anything. I would expect a much more durable jacket at this price point. Other companies products seem to hold up years for me and I haven't even made it through a full season with Salomon jackets.
