Very Disappointed

We just bought the THE FUTURE bindings for my son. It was broken when he used for the first time for his first snowboarding class. The snap part was broken that made him fell and caused knee injury, he was very upset. We gotta canceled our whole family ski trip. With the advices from the snow school instructors, the broken part on the binding is not normal, very disappointed.
