Fit System Broke Second Day Out

Helmet seems like it would be good for backcountry days but the fit system (the dial and plastic cage which secures the helmet to your head) is REALLY flimsy and broke second day using the helmet. Received it as a gift as well and don't have proof of purchase so I guess I've just got a useless helmet since there is no warranty option for this fit system.

Looks Aren’t Everything

I got this helmet 3 months ago and have been using it to go snowboarding. It looks great and I’d comfortable but when push came to shove it didn’t do the best. Maybe it did, but I hit my head and still got a super bad concussion not to mention my helmet cracked…

This Helmet Saved My Life

This helmet is the reason I’m here. I hit my head off a tree trunk at high speed and was taken to the hospital. If it wasn’t for the quality of this helmet, I would not be able to write this review. I can not recommend this helmet enough. Will be replacing my broken one with another.

Nice Helmet, Wrong Color.

Bought this helmet cause I liked the features and the color. However, the product image shows black ear pads, I was sent grey. Not worth returning, but definitely ugly and annoying.

Nice Fit And Weight

I bought this a month ago and find the fit on the back of the neck much better than my previous helmet. Great helmet with excellent safety features priced very well.

Great Design!

Having purchased the helmet a month ago I have used several times. Personally I appreciate its low profile design when my hood can be up and coat zipped completely. Not to mention its extra light weight. The vents are an added bonus and excellent feature for the off-piste touring or overall warm days.

Comfortable, Light Weight

Awesome helmet. Comfortable breathable. Don’t look lik I’m about to land an F-15 on an aircraft carrier.

Lightweight, Highly Adjustable Fit

Great helmet design and upgrade from the MTN Lab. The multiple options for fit adjustment allows for a great degree of customization and comfort. Lightweight design means it's unnoticeable during your backcountry climbs, and doesn't throw your head around during turns on the downhill. Hopefully will never crash with this helmet, but it feels highly protective

Lightweight

The lightweight helmet of my dreams! I have found there is no question when packing my touring gear of whether or not to bring my helmet. It is so light that I don't notice packing it uphill, or once I'm wearing it on the down. Incredibly comfortable and not noticeable when wearing. It keeps me warm on the chilly winter days, but is breathable when needed. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone looking for comfort and function.

Light And Comfortable!

The QST Charge helmet is so darn comfortable I often forget that I am even wearing a helmet at all. One thing I always look for in a helmet is how well it will integrate with goggles so there are no gaps or seems for extra snow or air to squeeze through. The QST Charge does a great job integrating with a wide variety of goggles especially my favorite the LO FI goggle. What I enjoy most about the QST Charge MIPS helmet is the easy access vents for temperature control, weather I am riding the lift in sub zero temps or skinning in the backcountry I am always comfortable.

Lightweight, Warm, And Super Comfortable!

After a season of working and playing in the QST CHARGE helmet, I can confidently say it's the best ski helmet I have ever owned. It's lightweight and fits perfectly. I've been wearing it with the LO FI goggles, which is a perfect match. The helmet is warm for the bitter cold days, but the vents make it airy enough for even those spring, corn skiing days. I'm psyched to see MIPS added to this helmet for an even safer product. I would recommend this helmet to anyone looking for an all around ski helmet.

Lightweight, Comfortable, And Warm

There are a few things I look for in a helmet and this one hits them all. This helmet is lightweight allowing me to barely notice I have it on and the vents are easy to open with a glove on (a great feature during hiking or touring). The addition of MIPS is an added ease of mind too. True fit and easy to adjust dial in the back. I pair this with the Lo-Fi Goggles and never have any issues with a gap.

Comfortable And Weightless.

The QST Charge helmet was my first soft ear helmet I've worn in a while. I came from a racing background so sadly always found myself wearing the notorious bowling ball helmet. Needless the say the transition was nice, I enjoyed the weight of the QST helmet paired with the ability open up vents to prevent you from overheating. I personally enjoy riding with the vents open even on powder days and I never felt that my head was to cold or that snow was getting in the helmet, so I was stoked when I noticed that. Secondly the slight brim on the helmet to me makes the feel more complete when paired with Salomon goggles like the LO FI, just the as a buyer you can clearly see that the fit and finish is there.

Light And Versatile

I actually wear this helmet everyday because it's so light and breathable. I typically wear it over a ball cap on long ski tours. The vents are key for sunny warm days and the lightness makes it a no brainer to add to your kit. These days there's no excuse to go without one.
