Don’t Plan On Contacting Rovr With An Issue

I have had this particular cooler for under a year and I own other Rovr coolers but as soon as I have an issue with this one they metaphorically told me to kick rocks. Buy a yeti, igloo, Coleman anything other than a ROVR. Even my ozark trail cooler with wheels on it holds ice better than this one. They also told me that people don’t have issues with ice retention on these but it’s mentioned in every review on here. What an absolute joke for customer service.

I love this thing - like so many large roto-molded coolers, it's large and cumbersome, but this actually fits spaces better than large rectangular coolers. I've only had my Rovr Rollr for a month, but I love it! Hooks right on my MTB with a 12X148 thru-axle with the bike kit. I got the 80,so it's a beast, but I was looking for something bigger. I live in Houston so there's no climbing, but if I had to climb, I'd go with the 60. We have ridden to our neighborhood pool a couple of times and and we can carry everything we need with room to spare. I even used it to cruise the hood and help the kiddos sell chocolate for a fundraiser. Thanks Rovr!
