Warm Feet - Who Cares If The App Works. Easy To Set Heat Manually.
I bought these boots winter 2021 and they are a life saver, game changer, for those with cold feet. No words to describe how much I love them. I am an advanced skier and they are stiff enough for performance, but still comfortable. Rossi - keep up the good work!!!

Battery Didn't Last A Year
Used these for one season, and now the heaters no longer work. Thought it might be the charging cable so I bought a new one but still wouldn't charge.

Bluetooth Works Great
Posting this review to explain a) bluetooth connectivity works just fine, b) you dont need to use the app for the heater to work.
To connect these boots to your phone, press and hold the button on the side until the lights flickers rapidly. Then, open your phone's bluetooth configuration and locate an available device. On the first pairing it will appear something like aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff. Once you find the correct one it will have a name like I-12345678. Once paired, Open the Thermic-IC app, select add, press the big + icon, and give it a name. I name mine Right, and Left. Repeat this procedure again for the other boot.
Once configured, you can set your heating level from 1-10, or press the pause button to turn the heater off. There are also settings for motion sensing, so you can opt to only run the heater when you're not moving.
If you opt not to use the app to operate the heater, you can cycle between off, 1, 2, or 3. 3 is very high heat, don't leave it on 3 for more than a few minutes.
Lastly, these boots are quite good on their own, just because a few people couldn't figure out how to set up the app, shouldn't condemn them as bad.

Great Boots
These are my favorite boots so far. I am an advanced big mountain skier. The integrated heaters work well and stay charged for a whole day. The Bluetooth function is nice, mostly so you can turn them off in the lodge. The boot itself is very comfortable and adjustable. I have larger calves and the buckles are very customizable. These do have a stiffer flex, but great for my needs. I highly recommend these boots!

Pure Pleasure For Cold Days Skiing!!
I had skiied with these boots for 3 days so far. 20° weather, 40° rainy weather and 25° snowy weather and each day they did not disappoint, they preformed spectacular. I charged the batteries each night , a setting of 2 was fine to keep my toes warm for each day. The boot preformed well also. The stiffness was comparable to the Rossignol Alltrak 110 Pro that I had just used previously. I believe the boot to ski contact made me feel more in control than my old boots, maybe because it was time for a new pair of boots (I skiied about 100 days plus in the old ones). The fit is comparable to the Alltrak as well as the sole length was the same, so no need to adjust my bindings! What I also like was the sleek fur lining made it easier to get in and out of the boot! The buckles also very easy to adjust and close, don't need your boyfriend or husband to assist! I highly recommend this boot!
