Perfect Raincoat!

I had been shopping for a rain jacket and I ran across this one online. It is really comfortable and non-binding. I actually haven't had it on in a pour down, but I am sure it will do the trick! I love that it has pit-zips too!

Softer Than Pataxxxxx Better Fit Than Coluxxxx

I bought this for a 2 week trip to Asia. Taiwan and Vietnam can rain suddenly so I wanted something light and easy to stuff into my nylon tote. I have back issues and cannot carry anything too heavy. This was perfect. Light and folded nicely without wrinkling. I tried a couple other rain jackets before settling on this one. The Coluxxxx Women's Switchback III was too tight around the hips. The Pataxxxxx Torrentshell 3L felt like plastic and didn't have the nicer colors in stock. I watched one review that rated this jacket higher than the rest so I took a chance and bought it. With a promo code the price was half that of Pataxxxxx and about the same as Coluxxxx. I haven't experienced a downpour in this yet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this jacket.

Perfect, Even For The Rain Jacket Skeptic

Finally purchased a rain jacket that doesn't make me cringe! Call it vain, call it I don't want look like all the other PNW's, call it whatever you want.. It fits, it's cozy, it doesn't make the obnoxious SWOOSH SWOOSH sound. It works, and I don't hate it. My boyfriend suggested I try the Rab brand, as he is outfitted in all things PNW, and he knows that even in the rain and elements- I still have fashion over a function as a mindset.. Bless his heart <3

Staying Dry

I bought this for a trip to Alaska. Have not had a chance to test the jacket there, but it has performed with excellence in my local rain showers. I like the high neck collar and adjustable hood. I was able to get a perfect fit, which is a first for me and jackets in general. I felt the overall fit was small, but I was planning for layering with a light jacket underneath. Without the jacket and wearing a long sleeve shirt, my original sizing according to their chart was perfect. I actually sized up one size and the fit was perfect. Looking forward to giving it a good test on my trip.
