Pflueger Triton Spinning Reel

I own 3 of these reels 2 of them on our auto lights, rods and one on a nice fishing rod. Is the wonderful smooth action. High quality reels for the price. I own a total of 8 of thier reels I believe and I will continue to buy them. I have fished with many of reels throughout my life. And I've been fishing since i was a little kid and I am 57 years old Now

Bail Won’t Close

I bought this as a gift for my father. The bail broke and won’t close, before he ever had a chance to use it. Too bad he didn’t try and set it up right away and now I fear it’s been too long. Just under a year, but I also did not save the receipt. He does say the reel is very smooth, but what good is that if it doesn’t work.

Excellent Value For $

Purchased a month ago and it has stood up perfectly. I use it with an ultralight rod to fish small steams and rivers for trout. It’s excellent value for the money. Drag is smooth and the reel is light but solid feeling.
