Got this harness a few weeks ago. I’ve been using regularly and so far seems to be pretty comfortable and easy to get on and off. I sturdy so far though perhaps would be better if a teeny bit more padding.

I bought it to replace my 35+ year old beautiful Petzl harness. I like its double waist buckle. Feels very secure and feel centered. Very comfitabke as much as my old ones. If there is embroidery on the belt like the other ones thst will be a plus. Great price for the combo with GRIGRI and caribbiner. Like the sturdy loops.

Would buy this again in a heartbeat if the need came up. The adjustable sizing on the harness makes for a perfect fit. The grigri is a gold standard that everyone should try at least once, and you will fall in love with. The SM’D is super smooth for a auto locker. Best kit for the money for however you climb.

Purchased the kit and within two weeks we were climbing Myster Z and Armatron at Red Rock. Harness was so comfy even on hanging belays were great. Gri Gri is simply a must! Don’t leave the ground without this kit.

Love this kit for getting started in gym climbing the GriGri is a great belay device have used many over the years and just got back into climbing and this is no nonsense device that I can use with my kids and they use with me. The Harness is also a very comfortable harness. I appreciate the adjustable leg straps to tailor the fit. Can’t wait to take the gear outside with the climbing group.

Was looking for an economic beginner harness to move on from solely bouldering and found this package deal to answer all my problems. Quality harness with a good starter set of equipment. My gym used BD Pilots during the belay class but it took the instructor 30 whole seconds afterward to explain the Grigri and it’s been smooth ever since.

I have been climbing since the 90’s and recently my wife and kids started going with me. After hours of belaying this harness was still comfortable and the grigri made provided was a lot easier on the hands especially lowering people all day.
