Terrible In-store Communication

I was just in the Hyannis store where they assured me that I could buy Penn 114 reels on your website as I was looking to buy 4 and they only had one floor display. I don't see any way to accomplish this purchase. Either the store people are ignorant or your website sucks. Either way, terrible.

Good But Needs Better Quality Control.

I bought this reel for an immediate vacation fishing trip. As I was inspecting the reel I noticed a chip in the handle side plate. Its not a crack and there were no pieces in the box from shipping. It somehow made it through quality. These reels are work horses, and mine performed flawlessly. I know these are imports and I would give it 5 stars, but a brand new reel should look perfect new out of the box.
