Superb Saltwater Reel

I made it a point to read as many reviews about this and went in person to Bass Pro and they did not have it. I returned home to confirm that it was in stock at nearby Dicks and made a purchase the following morning and went fishing within a week. The casting is superb. More than anything, it is a reliable saltwater reel. Saltwater corrodes reels and this is ideal!

Disappointed Purchase!

This is the second Penn Spinfisher VI reel (SSVI7500) I have purchased from DIck's Sporting Goods in the last six months. Neither reel turns smoothly and one actually binds as you turn it. I was really disappointed that the factory Penn reel box had been opened previously. It was not presented as a display or opened box item.
