PEARL iZUMi AmFIB Cycling Bike Gloves

About This Item

What makes these midweight gloves special is that there is no tradeoff between insulating warmth and handlebar feel, making them indispensable for fall and early spring riding. We begin with 60g Primaloft Gold w/Crosscore technology on the back of the hand, which incorporates Aerogel particles for maximum warmth with minimal bulk. But we keep the Ax Suede Laredo palm insulation-free; creating a glove that insulates you from the elements, not control of the bike. The main body fabric provides wind protection with excellent dexterity and the synthetic leather palm makes the glove as grippy as it is durable. This is our most sensitive insulated glove.

John

Great true to size fit. Quality materails. Warmth is adequate.

Nice Glove

Not as warm as I expected but a nicely made glove.

Joshua

Well made and fits to size. Definitely a cool weather and not cold weather glove. Nice that it has leather at the palm and knuckles to resist abrasion.

Toasty Gloves

Bought these as a replacement for an old pair of peralizumis. These kept my fingers warm, and only later did I find out that wind chills were in the mid-20s.

Great Quality Light Cycling Gloves

Warm enough for 45-55F, anything below will be chilly especially with strong winds. Worked well with touchscreen. Fit wise, felt I could have gone a one size up from what I measured.

Great Shoulder Season Glove

Not great when it's really frigid, but awesome in the cold, 50-35 degree and wet days. Very cushy padding also. Not the best bar feel, but better than numb hands!

Great Glove Runs Small

These work very well down into the mid 40'f range. I normally where a medium and sized up to a large upon other reviews. I could have gone to an XL and been happier. As the fabric and construction is top quality, the gloves do not stretch out or relax in any way, this after 300 miles of use. A bit tight across the knuckles in size Large.

Gravel Gloves

Quality, feel, and fit good. 50 deg and wet, they got saturated fast but kept hands warm

Quality Is Good, But There

Quality is good, but there is no real cushioning for riding. Keeps hands warm in moderate to cooler temps, but I expected padding similar to fingerless

Gloves Run Small & Seams Painfully Dig In

Disappointed with this purchase. I’m a size Medium in the lobsters and I absolutely love them. But decided to get a mid season glove which is why I ordered these. Both the medium and large sizes were to small that the finger seams dig into your fingers and cause pain while riding.

James

Not a fan. The thumbs are too small and they fit too tight in general. The cyclone gel is a better glove.

Not As Warm As Expected

Wore first time at 46 degrees - fingers were cold for thirty minute ride to work. 467 maybe ok. XXL - Comfortable gloves.

Good Fall Weather Glove

Great mid weight glove. Warm from 60F down to 45F. Easy to use phone and head unit. Wind resistance is good.

Note That The Palms Are

Note that the palms are not padded, so the gloves are probably more suited to mountain biking than road biking. They are good in the 40s and have effective wind resistance. The touch screen effects of the gloves are effective, as they are for other Peal Izumi bike gloves that I own.

Outstanding Equipment!

Perfect for those moderately cold rides, providing warmth without bulk and retaining the dexterity you need.
