Great Fall/spring Jacket 55/ 60 Degree Days

This coat is a great light option for a hike or other outdoor activity when it is just starting to get cold in the fall or when spring is beginning at the end of winter. It is very snug so if you are not flat chested your options for what to wear underneath will be limited.

Cheap Zipper

I returned it because it came with a zipper that I thought was going to break every time I tried to zip it. The jacket is somewhat warm, but for this price the zipper should be functional too. I probably got a dud, but I still think that you could get a better, less hyped jacket cheaper.

Great Jacket

I like this great versatile jacket. It is the second one I’ve purchased. Love how lightweight and comfortable it is. For reference, I am 5’2”, 115lbs. I ordered XS in the first jacket and it’s a little snug but I kept it. I got a S this time and the fit is great. Just a little more comfortable for me having it a bit larger. Great for cool days, or as a mid layer on cold days. It’s easy to carry, lightweight, packable and breathable. Perfect for hiking or other outdoor activities from fall to spring. Looking forward to getting alot of wear out of it.

I bought it loved the look, but after one wash it shrink so buy the big size. After one wash doesn't look same.

Excellent Choice

Bought this for spring hiking and it has been great. Not bulky, more tailored fit, soft, warm but not too hot. Normally buy Small but ended up with Medium this time so that I could fit a think layer comfortably underneath. Would definitely buy again!

Not A "Jacket"

This is not a jacket, it's just a light weight fleece. I thought it would be heavier. Not disliking it enough to return but if I had seen it in person, I doubt I'd pay as much as I did for just a fleece sweatshirt

All Around Best Hoodie

I get hot very easily. Harder for me to properly ventilate while outdoors in the colder seasons. This hoodie (while thinner than my fleece) kept me comfortable without getting hot and when going indoors didn't overheat me. I have yet to find a hoodie that compares. It's durable (my cat clawed it and there's no holes or snags)and there's no pilling. It's soft, sturdy and longer than most which I absolutely love. This is my new favorite patagonia piece

This is definitely one of those pieces that will last a lifetime. Love the R1, it's a perfect jacket by itself or used as a layering option. Don't miss this one.
