Very Warm
I love it. It's stylish and warm. I love it more because I got a great price in store on the clearance rack. The XS fit well. Now, I would like to buy it in another color.

Best Down Jacket & Covers Bum
I was willing to pay much more than $199 for a solid, high-quality winter jacket that is slightly longer and would keep me warm. I tried on jackets twice the price, but honestly, this Patagonia Down With It Jacket is amazing! It is stylish, practical, seriously warm, and roomy enough to wear heavy layers (like a hooded sweatshirt or chunky sweater) and still have room to move comfortably. The jacket's back length is longer and on me, it does cover my bum! I am 5'5", 120 lbs, runner's build, not curvy and a size small is perfect on me.

So Far So Great
Needed a new jacket anf after seeing this one I liked it so much. For regerence I am 5'1" weight around 150 anf I got the size medium which fits great. As a petite woman I am always worried about the sleeves being too long but this is just fine.

Excellent - Warmest Coats I Own!
I have this coat in the short and long version and they're the warmest coats that I own. I wear them when I am working, golfing (I golf when it's that cold) and I even wore them skiing in Maine! Great, soft so they're easy to move around in.

Form Fitting And Warm
I have used this in 30 - 40 degree weather and rainy to snowy conditions — worked well and water proof. I like that it’s form fitting and not boxy like many other down jackets. The hood is detachable which is another plus.

Great Jacket
I have been eyeing on this jacket for awhile but the price is too expensive, so i waited out till it on sale, i got the black one after read so many reviews i couldn’t figure out which size fit me, i bought XS & Small and i kept size Small since i want to layer my LLBean thick cable sweater underneath. The XS is only good for a light thin sweatshirt or thick sweater as well if you the type doesn’t like to zip up the jacket, but if i zip up and i held my hands to the front the elbows will be tight . Im 5’1 petite body, 34A in bra, waist 28”, hip 35”, the length in the back is long enough to cover my bum. I love my jacket so far, its not too puffy like my North Face but im sure i be toast in this jacket.

Perfect Down Jacket
I love this jacket! Living in Southern California, I have limited opportunities to wear a down jacket, but was glad I purchased this for traveling. I have worn this in mid 30s to mid 50s with a t-shirt underneath, and find it to be incredibly warm and comfortable. The chicory red color is amazing and matches so well with my wardrobe. The jacket is longer in the back and covers my butt (I'm 5'10"). I would say this runs slightly small, I have other jackets from Patagonia in both L and XL and went with a XL in this one (I'm L/size 12). The sleeves are on the long side, which is a plus for frigid temps.

Nba Review Of Patagonia Down With It Jacket
This is my absolutely favorite jacket for all winter activities. True to size, this jacket is comfortable and has great range of motion. I wear this jacket on the slopes, hiking, running errands and on date nights! It fits well and provides an incredible amount of warmth. Definitely worth the price.

Puffy, Looser Fit Than Depicted
The Piki Green color is beautiful.
The jacket is not as warm, heavy or dense as I expected. It's light like a cloud.
In the model photos, the overall silhouette appears to be sleek and closer to the body, but I came here to say that this jacket is POOFY all over, even the hood, and swallows my whole body in its fluffiness. For that amount of fluff, it seems like it should be warmer.
Might return because of this.
Also please note: It resists rain everywhere except the very tips of the sleeves. Those get soaked very quickly when out in light rain. Additionally, there's something odd about the tips of the sleeves themselves. They don't lay properly on the wrist, almost looks like you are supposed to fold some of the fabric over or under, but it's just uneven somehow. Also, just now I pulled the sleeve upward toward my elbow and I heard a crack. Yikes...something in the sleeve just broke, and I don't know if it was a seam, or the fabric just ripped. Only had the jacket a few weeks. Still debating returning.

Good Quality Winter Coat!
I wanted a coat for snowy outdoor activities (hiking etc.) and I think this will work really well. It's a step up from a lighter down jacket I own but it's not a HUGE parka. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it isn't as true to size as I expected--I'm 5'4 120 pounds and the S runs a bit large. I was on the fence between the S and M based on other reviews but I'm glad I went with the size down, as I think the size up would have been way too big.
