Overall happy with the purchase. They have a snug fit, I'm a 33-34 in most pants and the M was at the very top of that range, good length for a 6'1'' male. Material is stretchy and comfortable, I appreciated the diameter of the cuff and the neat zippers on the pant legs.
The side pockets are great for keys and a perfect size for a phone (an iPhone Pro fits to a tee) - have not tried running with a phone but it's a great feature if you're just wearing them while you're out. Good windproofing when running, the coldest it has gotten this winter so far is mid 20's / low 30's and windchill hasn't been a problem with a standard synthetic pair of boxers. We'll see how they perform once we dip into the lower temps.
I own both blue and black colors, and happy with both of them.

Great For Biking!
These are my go-to pants for riding from 50F to freezing. Below freezing, I add a base layer. They work very well to take the edge off of the wind, and the breathable back panels help prevent overheating. Not waterproof but handle light precipitation well. Close to the body, stretchy fit - no fabric flapping in the wind or cuffs to get caught in the crank. 6'1", 200 lb with middle age gut - XL fits well.

Just Awesome
I was looking for a pair of pants I could wear while hiking, walking the dogs, snowshoeing and just casually kicking around town. These pants check all of those boxes. They would be too warm to run in, and I for my preferences, too loose for running. I am 5 foot 7 inches and 150lbs and the medium fits well.
