Not A Fad

I know these Owala tumblers are everywhere, but these seem much more functional than fad brands of prior years. The whole family has replaced their refillable travel water bottles with Owala's at this point, and everybody is happy with them.

Perfect Size

Only wish Owala was not so strategic in not creating a tapered base that fits car cup holders so we won’t have to get rid of the old one. Only bought one since it’s such a waste to throw away the old design.

Love & Disappointment

I bought two of these at the same time because my daughter and I both loved the pink version. Neither of us had tried this size before, and we absolutely love it! The cup is easy to clean, the locking lid is a great feature, it fits perfectly in vehicle cup holders, and the carrying handle is a really nice addition. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it dents very easily. We've owned several other metal water bottles over the years that have survived multiple drops without any issues. Unfortunately, one of these accidentally fell off a desk and dented immediately. The bottom was damaged enough that it now wobbles and won't sit flat on a surface. Overall, we really like the design and features, but I do wish it had been made to withstand everyday accidental drops a little better.

Nice Design But Not As Durable As Some Other Name Brands

I have owned several different brand water bottles - Stanley, Yeti, Owala, Ello, Hydroflask & etc. I love the design for Owala because of the wide opening and it makes it easy to wash. I don't like to wash my water bottles in the dishwasher so I hand wash them and wide mouth bottles save me time and energy. Owala has wide mouth so I like that. However, I noticed that Owala isn't as durable as Stanley or Yeti bottles. Paint comes off easily and the bottle got dented very easily when dropped compared to other bottles that showed smaller dent.
