Lid Broke Within 4 Months

I loved this when I first purchased it. The handle was great and it fit in my cupholder! This thing went everyhwhere with me until the lid broke rendering it unusable. Owlala refused my warranty claim for a relacement lid worth $6.99.

Daughter enjoys the bottle while she golfs with her college team.

Damaged Item

Thanks for shipping a clearly damaged item. It did not happen in transit as the bottle was well packaged and protected. Won't purchase from Dick's anymore.

Good Design, Terrible Customer Support. Stand By Your Product.

Bought the black and the white bottle. The bottle is overall good, but the lid and paint need work. The paint chips easily on the white bottle. The lid, specifically the button, broke on the black bottle. Tried to do a warranty claim with Owala and they were told they don't cover it due to physical damage. Other reviews have mentioned the same issue with the lid. All they offered was free shipping to buy a replacement lid, only issue is that they have none in stock. I'm stuck with an oversized cup instead of an insulating bottle. Absolute terrible customer service from Owala side as they just use generic AI responses.

Owala Do Better

Used the cup TWO times before the lid broke and won't stay closed. Connect owala after 3 weeks they finally came back accusing me of dropping it and they wouldnt send me a new lid, I could order one and pay shipping which is as much as the lid.
