Great Backpack For Day Trips

This is the first higher end pack I have ever had. I purchased it right before a trip to Iceland. It has plenty of room for all of the layers, food and other gear needed for longer day expeditions. The included rain fly works great too! I love the simple frame for a bit of rigidity and how the pack sits with a just enough gap to not rest against your back, providing nice air flow. I can't wait to take it on some 14er hikes and other adventures this summer! I will certainly look to Osprey for future pack purchases.

Great All Around

This pack is great as it adapts to the stuff I carry only nitpick is the ease of access vs a zipper, I still prefer the pull tab. I’ve hiked and used as my carry-on and grocery getter. It distributes the weight nicely for not having a hip belt.

Excellent For Big Day Trips And More

This pack has worked well on the Alpine starts and the long days where lots of food, water, and changes of clothing have been needed. Excellent!

Worth Every Penny

I bought this for an 80 mile hike. I thought the rain cover was a nice touch but really appreciated it when it rained half the time we were out. It was the perfect size, sturdy, and super comfortable. I just need to get a water bladder for it and it will be complete.

Great Fit, Lightweight!

I have been using this pack a few times a week for about a month. I love the mesh pockets on the sides, and the small pockets on the lid. The straps fit nicely so they don't rub or cut into my neck. The only feature I don't love is the resistance on the drawstring that closes the top of the pack. It is a bit hard/annoying to open and close. If you need to access the main part of the bag frequently you might get tired of the opening/closing process. Or, maybe it will get easier with more use...?
