Comfortable And Fits Great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a short torso so finding a pack that doesn’t ride on my but is hard. The strap set up lets the pack hit me right in the small of my back. The mesh frame is very comfortable and allows plenty of ventilation. Its 18L size is just right for all the things that I bring on a day hike.

Not Collapsible So Not For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of this and it’s high quality. It has nice features for a day pack. It is not for me, however, because I can’t collapse it for travel. It has a rigid back that is useful for sweat wicking but also will make it harder to pack into luggage for use on a longer trip.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to my younger brother. He loves it

Too Small

Nice pack, but I am 6'5" with broad shoulders and I can barely get this thing on it's most extended setting and it won't fit my 36" waist across the stomach. I have used several cheap amazon light packs that fit no problem...i looked ridiculous wearing this thing...returned

Needs Another Zipper Compartment

I ordered this and the Osprey Daylite plus (from another store) and I don't totally love either one of them. I like the frame, the fit, the general size, and the pole loops at the bottom. This only has one smaller zipper compartment, just enough for keys and I'm not sure it's not even big enough for larger phones. I'd like to be able to get to my first aid kit, phone, money, etc. quickly without pulling everything out from the main compartment to get at whatever small things are stuffed in the bottom. So I like the extra zipper compartments and stuff section in the Daylite Plus, but I also regularly use poles and like the pole loops on the Hikelite. I might send then both back and keep looking.

Great Day Pack

I’ve only used this pack once so far and it’s my first day pack. I took it on a 9 mile hike and I was comfortable the entire time. I’m a 5’ 4” woman and it fit perfectly. The only issue I had was if I leaned over too far my water bottles fell out if the side pockets and I’m not sure how to fix that. Great park for the price!

Pass On This One

This bag could be perfect for Disney or day hikes if they can fix some major issues. First the mesh will cause your shirt fabric to pill. This is very frustrating as it damages your clothes. Side pockets are not good a securing anything as there is no way to sinch the top. If you set the bag down everything will fall out. The main storage area could use some additional pockets to help organize smaller items. Last con is I am tall and the waist belt would line up above by belly button with the shoulder straps all the way out. The bag is light and the ventilation works very well. Overall I would not suggest this pack because of the issue with it damaging clothes.

Great Backpack

I am so glad I purchased this backpack for day hikes. It’s the perfect size to hold everything I need but also isn’t too heavy. Osprey makes the best quality products and I will continue to repurchase from them.

Amazing Hiking Backpack

I have had this bag for over 2 weeks and I use it for everything. Cycling, commute to the gym,speed skating, and for urban hiking. The bag is comfortable I don't have anything negative to say only wish they of thought of something to hold night lights for night walking.
