Easy, No Mess, Light And Airy, What Not To Like
These are great and makes life easy. I’d say you need more proofing time than what the leaflet suggests. I have made better pizza when over proven (as opposed to following instructions). Regardless start with the instructions and improvise. You will not be disappointed. Will not consider making dough myself for parties anymore.
