Waste of money a lot of money. I walked 10 k about ech day sometimes 8. These lasted me 2 months. Than just fell apart, I wear them for running errands now only, Bottoms are worn and uneven. Foam fell off on some parts and it’s super worn and makes walks uneven. Gives blisters on back ankle also after about 15 min walks. I will never buy this brand again . Super cute shie but quality is garbage.

I came in looking for a shoe that didn’t hurt my bunions…they hurt so bad! Juan brought me a few options to try and recommended the correct size/width. I absolutely LOVE these shoes and will continue to buy this brand! I bought white which was not the best choice because they already look like they’re a year old 🤣 I really wanted the khaki/light tan but he said he would have to order them and needed them for the next day so white was my only option. I just want y’all to know that Juan is phenomenal at his job! He was so helpful, patient and very pleasant. He never seemed irritated when he had to keep going back and forth getting different styles and sizes. He was also helping other people and never made any of us feel like we were a nuisance. When I come back for my next pair of OnClouds, I will be looking for Juan to assist me!!! That guy deserves a raise! He’s a good reflection for your business. I also had a great experience when I was at checkout to pay. Daniel was the one who took my payment and once again, I was treated extremely good! He was engaged in our short conversation and made me want to return! I’m gonna be honest and tell you that I always shop at Academy. My daughter plays softball so we purchase LOTS of sports gear and we also hunt so we buy lots of hunting gear as well. I told Daniel that I’ve never felt so seen and never received the amount of help/customer service that I did this day in Dick’s! Juan and Daniel deserve to be recognized (and raised!!! 🙃).
