I was in desperate need of a hydration solution, other than water and G-aid which I hate! On a whim, I ordered NUUN and it has been a game changer for me. I am an equestrian and riding in 90+ degrees had me nearly passing out on the horse! Once I began drinking NUUN in the hour or two before riding and while lessoning, I no longer get dehydrated and woozy! 🥴 It’s getting me through the summer show season and the summer in general! NUUN will be in my suitcase to Japan in August, and boy will I need it there!!

I've been using these tablets for years, favorite flavor is lemon lime. I use them during workouts but I also work at the beach in the very hot humid summer months and always throw a tablet into my water can to keep me feeling great instead of dizzy/light headed!

They will stick together and you cant get out of tube. Very aggravating. Better to go with sachels. I switched to element for this reason alone.

This is my go to for quick replenishment of electrolytes when I am doing high altitude hiking. It’s so easy to use and firs easily into a plastic water bottle when I break the tablet in half. The tube isn’t heavy at all and takes up very little room in my backpack. My favorite flavor is Peach.

You’ll always need more than you think , especially if your family and kids are using them too. 3 pack of bundles lasted me 3 months in my house.
