This might be the perfect outdoors towel. I used mine on a camping trip where it was great after a dip in the lake and paddleboarding. It dried in less than an hour just hanging off the back of a chair and sand just shakes right off. It's not fluffy beach towel thick but thick enough to feel substantial and soft and it packs down small and is so light. Worth the price!

I bought it because I was getting IG ads and I thought the Mud Cloth pattern was cool. It turns out it’s a pretty amazing towel. Noticeably super absorbent. I don’t know how they do it. Pretty cool!

This towel is practically indestructible. This is my second Original Nomadix towel, and I can confidently say I'm never going back to traditional towels.What stands out most is how incredibly absorbent it is while still drying remarkably fast. I never hesitate to use it for messy adventures, whether that's drying off my dog after a swim, tossing it on the ground for a picnic, or bringing it along on outdoor trips. It holds up to everything without showing much wear.One feature I appreciate more than I expected is how resistant it is to odors. I have a pretty sensitive sense of smell, and this is by far the most odor-resistant towel I've ever owned. Of course, any towel can get smelly under the right circumstances, but this one doesn't seem to trap the smell of wet dog or develop that musty mildew odor the way cotton towels often do. That alone makes it worth it to me.I also use it regularly for hot yoga, where it performs just as well. It's durable, provides great grip during class, and stands up to frequent washing without losing its performance.I brought this towel on a beach vacation to Destin and then used it again the following week while traveling through Oregon. While I preferred Nomadix's Cotton Towel for the hot, humid Florida weather, I found myself reaching for the Original much more in Oregon. Its durability, quick-drying performance, and rugged feel made it the perfect companion for cooler weather and outdoor adventures.As a bonus, the pattern is absolutely adorable. It's functional, long-lasting, easy to care for, and looks great wherever I take it. If you're looking for a versatile towel that can handle everything from yoga to beach days to hiking trips—and even muddy dogs—this one is hard to beat.

Rough on skin. You don't know that they are all an ugly gray on the back until you get them. They should at least have the reverse side in color
