Terrible Experience

***DO NOT BUY*** Bought this bike 5 months ago for my son and the handlebar grips and brake pads fell apart/fell off. Manufacturer advised to contact Dicks for repair/replacement and Dick’s says to contact manufacturer. Neither company wants to stand behind the product. Very disappointing!

Bryce Helped At Issaquah Highlands!

Happy

I was so happy with this purchase my daughter loves her bike.

Horrible Clunking Noise

Do NOT buy this bike!! We bought it for our daughter at the beginning of July and we are now on bike two and still having issues. It makes a horrible “clunking” noise. It took a week to fix it last time and now our kiddo is in tears that it is happening again. She used to love biking and now avoids it because of this bike. We have been in and out of Dick’s trying to solve it. I guess we are just accepting that it is a bad brand and we made a bad choice purchasing it.

Exceptional Team

I bought this bicycle for my grand daughter and did I come to the right place. The selection was great and the team members whom I had dealings with were all very nice and very professional. I left with the gift and felt I was treated very well and it certainly opened the door for more visits in the near future. They are almost complete with their new store at the Westmorland mall and from what can be seen so far it looks like it will be amazing.

Love It So Far

Easy to ride. My 7-year-old loves it. Although it seems he can definitely go for even bigger one (24”) for his 49inch height.
