Incorrect Sizing Issue
I ordered these in exactly the same size as another pair I already own in a different colour. Unfortunately the new pair, although labelled as a wide fit, were clearly the standard fit and no good. So I had to go through the faff of sorting this out with NB and arranging a return and refund. I was even told initially that it was the standard width I had ordered, despite it and had to send a screenshot of the order photographic evidence!
