Questioning These Shoes

I bought this online from an nb retail store, so I know it should be legit and good, but some things are starting to make me question. Firstly, the right shoe seems to be tighter than the left, and I have been getting pain in the side of my little toe. However the left side is fine, which is where I usually feel discomfort, if any. Secondly, the foam seems to be creasing a lot and the outside of the foam feels quite stiff when pressed. Not sure if this is normal but the creasing seems a bit too much for the fact I have less than 30 km in them so far. Thirdly, and this is about the authenticity of the product, I got a maroon colourway online from a retailer but I haven't seen this colourway anywhere else online or in person, so I'm not sure if this shoe is 'real' persay since it seems to be in a colour that isn't 'real'?? not sure if this is leading to my issues or not.
