As advertised, the NB Fresh Foam X More v6 shoe provides a very comfortable and cushioned feel. I decided to purchase the 4E/Extra Wide width due to a right foot bunion condition that was causing me some discomfort The difference to me between 2E Wide and 4E Extra Wide is barely detectable to me. I also have Hoka Bondi shoes which provides similar maximum cushion feel. The choice between the NB or Hoka shoe is based on personal preference and desired style. My advice - Get both NB and Hoka shoes.
