Excellent Flashlight, Needs Usb-c

I love this flashlight and have had it for several years, but the micro-usb is starting to be a problem as the world has consolidated around usb-c. I want to buy a new version of this flashlight as a replacement, but with a usb-c port. :)

My Go To Light.

I have owned this light for 2 years now. I love it. The aluminum body adds a nice weight and I don't have to worry about dropping or sitting on it. I use it at work fixing machinery and out camping. Strong magnet on the base holds the light much better than my kid.

Not Good

Light only stays on for 10 seconds With a fully charged battery

Flashlight Does Not Work Out Of Box

After charging the battery overnight, I found that it does not work. The light turns on ONLY while plugged in. If I remove the charging cord the lamp goes OUT. Also, when I got it home first day it did not turn on at all. I want to return it but I cut up the package. Please advise.

Not Fully Baked

First time unscrewing battery compartment the "o" ring fell away broken. Not a dealbreaker. It otherwise seems well made, a good size, and I like the tilting head and retractable clip. The dealbreaker for me is that, although you can go directly from "off" to "red", you cannot turn it off (when red) without cycling through the white lights. Makes zero sense and renders the flashlight unusable if you need to preserve your night vision.

Great Light

Perfect size and the pivoting head is very useful. Plenty bright and holds a charge well.

Lies, Does Not Use 18650

It does not use a 18650 battery. If anything it would be a 18700. Also comes with an ICR battery. ICR battery has a higher risk of explosion. I wasn't expecting this product to come with a good battery. However, I can't even use my high discharge IMR 18650

Good Flashight, Needs Improvement

The flashlight itself is quite good - bright, good battery, etc. However, it is missing some features to make it "very good" or even "great:" 1) an octagonal rubber "boot" that can slip over the head to keep it from rolling; 2) a hole in the housing to allow for a ring to be attached (so I can clip a safety lanyard to the ring); and 3) a recharging cradle or mount.

Franlin Pivot

I have one of the battery operated Nebo pivots for some time and like it. I had a little trouble w/ this one maintaining it's charge at first. This seems to have resolved itself after a few charging cycles. Otherwise it's one of the best designed flashlights I have ever seen.
