I ordered this online. It said that the fit runs standard. I'm a bigger guy. 6'2" 260 lbs and a 2XL is tight around my chest and midsection with just a t-shirt on. No way I could wear this with a fleece. I'd say it fits more like a XL or large. Quality and weight seems really good, but since it's not offered in a size larger than 2X, I'll have to find something else.

Had an issue with my Stretch Ozonic and grabbed this. Holy cow - this jacket is insanely light and rather durable. I’ve put about 300ish rainy, muddy, sloppy miles on this jacket when gravel riding and it hasn’t missed a beat. Packs down into my bar bag with room to spare.

Perfect Shell, Perfect Fit, could just use pit zips to provide access to underlayers when in use

I really like this jacket so far. I am 6'2" around 205-210 and I bought the XL. I think this fits well if not a bit long in the arms. The jacket sleeves do down a bit past my knuckles and the back extends down pretty far, but its the perfect length to still have coverage on my back if I am bent forward (biking) or if I reach above my head. I guess that's what you want in a rain jacket, although if I lose a bit of weight I fear this jacket may become too baggy. The sleeves are velcro so they can be tightened in order to not droop down past your wrists.

I’ve really been enjoying this jacket; breathes really well, waterproof, and doesn’t have that clammy next to skin feel. Kept me totally dry in rain and snow…I was worried about not having pit zips but no problems this far…only thing is the pockets; the zipper opens all the way (no lip) and things fall out if not zipped.

Purchased this jacket to be an everyday fall/winter/spring rain shell. That said I have a really hard time wearing this jacket often at all. Not having a chest pocket I knew was going to be inconvenient, but I understood why; Help keep the weight down. I did not know however that the only other pockets were going to be absolutely and completely useless. Everything and anything falls out them. Despite being located higher up on the torso, there isn't an inner lip to help prevent contents from spilling out when in motion. Keys, wallet, piece of paper, nothing. Huge design flaw! I have no idea how this issue through testing. Had I known what I know now I wouldn't have bought this. The jacket is very lite weight, very water proof, and packs down to a tiny form which is convenient.

Got this jacket for ski touring...Keeps my dry without being too hot. It packs down into a tiny bundle that weighs nothing, and takes up no room in the pack. I have also worn it on some resort days, and have been impressed with the durability for its weight, as I raked it through some tight trees at a decent speed

I purchased this specifically for the Breck Epic Mountain Bike Race. This is a 6 day mountain bike race that takes you high into the alpine for extended periods of time around Breckenridge Colorado. I needed a jacket that was light and packed down small but offered good protection and breathability during aerobic riding. This jacket checked all the boxes and I was so glad I had this jacket when the clouds opened up during one of the stages this year. The temperatures dropped rapidly and it was heavy downpour conditions for an extended period of time. If you are looking for a lightweight, very packable, and breathable jacket that will keep you dry even in heavy cold downpours look no further than this jacket. Highly recommended.

I pack this shell for literally everything. Rain on the way to the mountains; this shell. Backpacking? this shell. Biking with a chance of rain; hiking in the rain; packing this shell. Going to the store? This shell. I am a sucker for ultra lightweight and ultra breathable....this is as good as it gets. I am on the tall slim side and current fit on Mountain Hardwear is geared slightly short stalky.

The last shell I purchased was over 20 years ago so I researched for a while before I bought a new one. This shell is a lot lighter than the Gore-Tex shells made 20 years ago. I love it! It keeps me dry as a bone. My last shell was heavy and didn't wick very well so I'd be soaked after a hard, snowy workout. I'm looking forward to getting many years out of this jacket.

I just broke in this jacket on a two-week trip to Iceland and it was easily one of the most valuable pieces I took with me. It's super light, so I could pull it out of my backpack (or throw it back in) in no time; it was great to throw over a down coat for an extra layer against gale force winds on hikes and it kept me dry and warm in rain and snow. During a six-hour trek in the rain the only time I actually got wet was when I tried to drink from the ceiling of an ice cave inside a glacier and water poured down my face :)
