Please Address The Zipper Issue…

2nd time using this cooler and the zipper broke…now I have a useless insulated bag with an open top…? Not a great look for the cost of this thing.

Buyer Beware!!!zipper Broke During First Use!

On 7/3/2024 Zipper broke during the first time using it. Wasn’t even half full! Went to pull to zip shut and done for. Can’t get the zipper back on. Ice cream melted on the way to my son’s baseball game and we weee in charge of snack this day.. many unhappy kids, melted ice cream and warm juice box. Purchased in February of 2024 and hadn’t used it til now. Waste of money

I bought to use on vacation. Only used twice and the zipper doesn't work. You can zip it but it will bust right open and it was only half full. I loved the material but it's so hard that it is not easy to pack and unpack. I hate to say it was a waste of money.

Faulty Closure

Bought this cooler in September and have only used it less than 5 times and the zipper closure has failed. For what these cost, this is not good. I have the large hard cooler and it is great so I feel this is a defect.

Its a little bit on the larger side about the same size as the yeti of the same capacity , looks sturdy, well made , zip lock zipper technology, well insulated comfortable straps im going to try it out and will update review

Love The Bag But The Zipper Is Not So Good.

I bought this bag for taking drinks on trips. The bag is extremely high quality and is very well insulated. The zipper on the other hand is terrible. I have had these water tight zippers before so I knew to be gentle with them. After the second use the zipper wouldn’t close. I got it to seal a couple time after that but now it’s a lost cause. I would suggest some sort of back up seal, ie velcro or magnet. I can’t be the only one with the zipper issue. I would give this bag 5 stars hands down, better then yeti, if there was a way to close the bag if the water tight zipper breaks.

Zipper Can Be A Little Tricky.

I haven’t had this cooler very long, but so far it does a great job, keeping things, cold, and keeping ice from melting. My only complaint is the zipper mechanism. You definitely can’t be in a hurry to zipper it up. It can be very tricky needing to take your time and having it lined up just right. The zipper would be the only reason I would not recommend this cooler.

Awesome Soft Sided Cooler

Used this to transport meat on a flight from california to the east coast. The meat was frozen and was in the cooler for approximately 20 hours, still hard as a rock!

3rd time used zipper handle came off while I was going to all weekend tournament at the softball fields. . We have several coolers and I had high hopes for this one. I’m not sure if I have my receipt.

Zipper Not Reliable

I'm sending back, under warranty, for the second time, for zipper problems. The zipper doesn't always lock the tracks. While going back and forth to fix it, the zipper bound up and got stuck. Ended up breaking the plastic zipper trying to unstuck it. The first one had zipper problems too. I'll be on my 3rd cooler in 5 months.

Really had high hopes for the cooler cause it was exactly what I needed to go in a two door jeep. Keeps ice as it should. BUT the zipper I’m not sure of may be returning it. Sometimes it works then sometimes the seal will open back up or you grab the bag and the top pops open this is with 7 12oz cans and 10lb ice. The zipper just doesn’t function reliably

Kept Ice Cold For The Number Of Days Listed

The problem I had is the zipper construction. It didn’t consistently close. There are times I have to go back and forth a couple times before the zipper closes.

Bought the 42 can soft side to replace my ten year old yeti. After 2 months of use zipper has already broke. 12 aluminum bottles, 6 bottles of water and 7 lbs of ice is too much for it. Will be switching back to yeti..
