Service Was Not Good

I bought the bike for my son’s birthday. Went in June 28 paid for the bike. Couldn’t take it home cause it needed to be inspected they said I would get it Monday the 29th for his actual birthday. They said they would call me they never called me. So I called and they gave me the run around didn’t get the bike till Wednesday July 1st

Nice bike but why on earth would you put the order sticker on the frame of the bike. Spending my afternoon trying to remove full grade adhesive off the frame.

Great Value If Your Little One Isn't Quite Ready For A Full Size!

Bought this bike for my nephew to learn on and it's been fantastic. Really well made for the price point and uses standard sized components. We've had no issue doing a few upgrades (for fun, not necessity). The screaming lime green color is a sure-fire hit with basically any kid that sees this bike too! I'm already eying another one of these Scans for my niece next year!

Decent Price / Bike Wasn't Ready Like Email Said / Waited An Hour

I received an email saying the bicycle was ready, but it was not rideable- it needed adjustment. Last year I bought a Scan 6.0 for my oldest son and it was assembled perfectly. This bike had way too much tension on the brakes. I was told by the senior tech that "all BMX bicycles" have the brake grabbing like it was LOL. I was troubleshooting, disassembling and swapping wheels out when I was 8 in 1989 - he wasn't born yet. It's easy to adjust the brake cable so the wheel spins freely, but is....a millimeter or two away from the wheel.

Sharp Looking Bmx Bike That's A Good Starter For Kids.

Birthday present for our six year old and he loves to ride it all the time. He asked for a kick stand and since it didn't come with one and Dick's didn't have the proper size to fit it we took it over to a local bike shop who hooked us with one for less than $20. Two things of note though. The front reflector is junk and the very first time the bike was dropped to the ground it broke the cheap plastic apart. Also, after taking it to the bike park to use on the concrete ramps, one of the tires started to leak. It was a bad tube and had to be replaced under Dick's No Sweat warranty.

Great Value At A Hard To Find, In-between Size

Santa crushed it with this one! Great value at an expensive price point for a size with limited options. Brakes could be better but easy enough to upgrade.
