I've used it a lot but i don't feel like its really worth getting. I've used it as a glorified pull-up bar. I recommend getting a portable hangboard instead. That being said if you have some extra cash to drop its fantastic for how realistically limited this tool is for climbing.

If you do not have a lot of space for a finger board, this is a great alternative. I bought this for my cousins kids birthday. He just started climbing and I thought this would be a good option for their home.

I bought these to help rehab an A2 pulley injury I sustained while climbing. Currently I'm using them attached to kettlebells to do farmers carry's. They are a perfect tool for this rehab.

My boys loved these for a Christmas present. They have just started climbing and are really excited to start developing strength. I would purchase these again.

These are really great for strength training when you can't be at the crag. I really like how flexible they are - you can hang them from an existing pull up bar, nail them in to the wall, or take them to your local park and hang them from a tree branch! Metolius overall makes A+ products.

I purchased the Metolius rock rings with the intention of using them to develop contact strength and upper body strength. The first workout demonstrated how far I have to go. I also like the ease with which they can be transported and used. I've taken them to the local park and on vacation. With a couple of carabiners and adjustable straps and a bar or solid tree branch, a workout doesn't need to be skipped.

These are a lot of fun. They help build a bunch of stabilizing muscles that make regular pullups that much easier. Build quality is too notch and they come with everything you need except somewhere to hang them.

Super solid purchase, especially while headin to the crag isn't an option. Hung mine over my bedroom door, and i can take them outside on a tree on nice days :)

I purchased this to train while the pandemic rears its ugly head around the corner. They are convenient to on the neutral grip of my pull up bar. They have jugs and varying finger pockets. They are also way more affordable to keep up with your finger strength for the beginning/early intermediate level. They also came in a timely manner too!!

I bought this a couple weeks ago in anticipation of my rock climbing gym closing due to covid. I also bought a door frame pull up bar to hang them off of. It works just as described and is what I wanted to keep up my conditioning at home. I had read other reviews that there is not enough space for 4 fingers in the top pocket, however I was able to use it as described.

I bought these rock rings in hopes that they would help me keep some of my grip strength going during quarantine. I don't live in the right type of place that makes these easy to use inside and unfortunately not so great weather has prevented me from using them that much! I would recommend these as something to do during the pandemic, but would definitely prefer a real gym or real rocks any day!

Love these rock rings! I attached them to my doorway pull up bar (you have to get the knot pretty tight so they don't hang down super far). Great way to keep up my grip strength while all the climbing gyms are closed.

I was stuck like many without much to train on during Quarantine, I bought these as a trainer to keep my finger strength during it, and past that, I’m improving on them

Exactly what I've been looking for! The Rock Rings are excellent strength trainers for hands, upper body and core. Really versatile depending on how you hang them, and super portable. They are hanging in my apartment, I've been unsing them for 2 weeks, and I can feel and see results. Really pleased, highly recommend!!

I hung them over my doorframe pull-up bar as suggested in the other reviews. I was so intimidated by the thought of starting any kind of hangboard routine but these are beginner (and shoulder)-friendly!
