These shoes look fantastic, but they are not barefoot shoes. They are zero drop, relatively small stack height, and depending on your foot shape you may or may not find the toe box wide enough to allow true splay. So that's all good. The issue is the shape of the foot bed. There is a built in hard arch which, besides going against barefoot shoe ideology, is placed in such a way that it supinates the foot, almost like a stability running shoe. I had this issue with the Vapor Gloves as well, but due to the more solid construction of the Wrapt it is way more pronounced here. I am used to true barefoot shoes, and neutral sneakers, so after a day of wearing these my feet, ankles, and knees were in a lot of pain. I want to love them because they're so cool, but unfortunately they just do not work as advertised. Again, they are NOT a barefoot shoe as they claim to be.
