Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I've tried buying your shoes online. I've had to return them both times BUT I own 2 pairs from buying them in the store so I recommend actually going into a store. I love both pair and have had surgery on both feet now for nueroma. These shoes allow me to get back to my hikes. Highly recommend these shoes but go into a store to try them on.

Did Not Hold Up

I bought these last week and wore them on three easy hikes... the foot pad in the shoe immediately slides back so that your toes are in front of it, the outside toe seams have a puckered look and the ankle foot entrance if you're not wearing thick socks makes your ankles sore . I have been hiking for many years and like merrell products in general... these shoes did not hold up at all... after just three wears, light use each time. Initially in the store they felt like they would be comfortable for easy hikes. It didn't follow through when in use.

I love these shoes! I originally got them for my Europe trip and was so glad to have chosen them. My arches were supported all day and they were perfect for occasional hiking and cobblestones. I can't stop wearing them! They do feel more like a hiking boot than a sneaker, so I would say potentially size up if you are not comfortable with your toe at the top of the shoe.

Disappointed

Was very excited for these shoes when I bought them but I've only had them for two months (65 days) and they already have holes near the toes. I got them to start walking more during Maternity leave and have only worn them for daily use, no hiking, no hard labor, so the fact that they already have holes is disappointing to say the least. I have a pair of Moab hiking boots from years ago that are still in great condition, I guess quality amd craftsmanship have gone down while price has increased.
