I have been wearing marrell sneakers for many years and have always been 100%satisfied. I recently bought the agility 6 and these are the worst Merrell or any sneakers I have ever owned. Whatever they did to the insoles they don't stay in place and are thinner than all of my previous ones. So uncomfortable my feet always get sore.

Ready For A Long Walk

Very pleased with my Merrell shoes. As i have found many shoes hurt my feet as i age. Merrell shoes are always comfortable, and these are no exception. I only had to wear them around the house for an hour or so and i was ready to wear them on a long walk

Most Comfortable Shoes To Walk All Day

I am beyond happy with this sneakers. They are super comfortable and I can walk all day long with them. I have plantar fasciitis and struggles to find comfortable shoes that actually work and this ones are exactly what I needed.

Fits Tighter Than Ap5

Activities: long distance hiking (30+ km a day, unloaded) from alpine to gravel road, occasional trail run +/-5km. I was really excited for the new AP6, as I have been using the AP5's for a few pairs now (like everyone else was not happy with the heal lock on the AP5's, but made them work). Unfortunately though, the I found the whole shoe of the AP6 to be tighter. I tried sizing up a 1/2 size, and still had the worst foot cramps of my life. I also found them to be not quite as stable as the AP5's (day 1 had a major ankle roll), more rigid, and not as "springy". I am so sad, as I am now out 2 pairs of shoes, and a few hundred dollars down. They did a good job with the upgrades in durability, the heal is definitely more secure, the tongue is a bit more padded for heal locking, and the lugs are as usual amazing. For some people these shoes will be awesome! But for those with wider feet who have been using the AP5's, be warned!

Half Dome Approved

Bought for Backpacking trip to yosemeti. They require break in, the back was stiff few wears but they were amwzing on the dome &all the miles I put on them during trip. Also were perfect for half dome very good grip for dome and subdome!

Disappointed

I have always loved Merrell shoes. I am disappointed in the fit and comfort the shoes are lacking. Donated to thrift store.

Best Trail Shoe For Rough Terrain I Have Owned

Light, comfortable straight out of the box, and the grip is unreal on wet rock. True to size. My new favorite trail shoe 👟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why Update Perfection?

I love these. I do think there were a couple of changes since the Agility Peaks 5 that I enjoyed, and I liked the older design a bit more. I wore them in 2 countries and hoped the 6 series would keep the exact features. I think the 6 series has a higher mid-foot and slightly narrower toe box or grip. My toes on one foot rubbed together whereas they didn’t in the Agility 5. Hope the 7 series will go back to the perfection of the 5 series, but it’s still a good shoe. Why change perfection?

Waterproof Agility Peak 6

I always buy the peak agility shoe and it fit perfectly. However I bought the waterproof for the first time and kep rubbing a blister o my great toe. I gave them away. Disappointed they did not fit the same. Will still ordered MERRELLS but can’t recommend the waterproof goretex.

Count On Merrells

First use at Rocky Mountain National Park, and they were great! No rubbing, slipping pressure points, etc. I had to try several different models to get to them

All Day Comfort!

I bought this shoe to wear while at work in the garden center. Very comfortable, rugged and true to size.

Narrow Tow Box, Disappointed

Boo! Toe box is now too narrow so sadly i must return these. Rest of the shoe feels very comfortable. I've always been able to wear merrell shoes for DECADES because of the wide toe box. Why make the change to more narrow like other brands?

Solid Choice

I own several styles of Merrells but bought these because they look more like sneakers. I needed them for a cruise that included daily walking tours around ruins, on cobblestone, trails, and city streets. I was not disappointed. They were comfortable right out of the box (though I did take a couple days to break them in before the trip) and held up very well with daily, sometimes rough, use. I also used them on the treadmill and they worked fine, and wore them when back home on a hike. The only criticism is that I would not recommend them for standing for long periods, as my feet were unhappy after waiting in line the 2 hours it took to process through the EES. Overall, very happy customer!

Good Buy

Bought for a Europe trip to walk around, go to the gym, run, and multi day trek. They look decently stylish (slim and not at all orthopedic style) - I got the all white version- and they look good and have performed well. I noted after long periods of standing that the heel area could use more cushioning so I purchased a cushioned insert which has helped enormously. (I usually run with hoka/prefer cushion). I would buy these again. I’m between a 7 and 7.5 and purchased the 7.

Great Shoe For Getting The Work Done!

I wore it for an endurance race consisting of mud, hiking, burpees in a lake, and lots of shifty terrain. They were supportive, comfortable and help up to every demand. Love them.
