basic nylon ground cloth that doesn't do anything special, so not really worth buying. It is compact and packable and does provide a barrier between your tush and the ground, so it lives up to that claim. It doesn't do well in softer ground like sand, since it just sinks and the little integrated ground pegs don't do anything to prevent sinking. The blanket seems to stain easily and everything seems from dirt, dust, grass, and sand seem to cling to it. I'm not sure the size of the people Matador claims for two person, but it isn't good for anythign but one bum unless you are really hugging each other. It isn't a picnic blanket, for example, where you are going to sit and have space to set your bottle of Veuve Clicquot. What is with the unnecessary stitched squares?

Quality product . It’s come in handy. I was on a trip with the family and pulled it out to make the day more enjoyable Love the color choices I went with red.

Perfect size for two people and a dog to sit down and have lunch avoiding damp and dirt. But the best part is definitely the thoughtful design - little stakes that hold it in place so it doesn't bunch or blow away and a folding guide so that you can pack it down to it's tiny pouch. Getting more for all our packs and vehicles!

I bought this about a month ago and has been great as it is warming up. Its light weight, incredibly small and has stitching to make folding a breeze. Perfect for sitting in the park or anywhere on the ground.
